My toner cartridge is brand new and my printer is all the sudden printing blank sheets?!?!?! HELP!?

I have the Dell Laser MFP 1815. I just got a new toner cartridge, and it says it has 96% life left. It was printing just fine, then all the sudden it printed 1 faded sheet, and now...just BLANK!!! What gives!?!?

1. Have you checked out the cartridge to see if anything happened to it? Maybe it got jammed? There has to be some kind of reason for it. Could it be a defective ink cartridge??
