Having looked at the HP website pages related to HP Printers, I have downloaded the new Vista compatible software. My C3180 Photosmart All-in-One has been rather stubborn and unpredictable using the old XP driver software. According to the HP website I can only install the new Vista driver after I uninstall the old XP driver software that came with my printer. Problem is I can't see how to 'uninstall program' within my Vista system that doesn't even show any HP Printer related icons or link to my old printer driver. Can someone confirm that I actually do have to uninstall the old XP printer before installing the new 162mb Vista driver? Does anyone actually know if the new Vista driver really work much better than the old XP driver software?
