1. You have to install the printer 'maintenance' tools from your driver disk. If you installed the driver only when you installed the printer, pop the cd back into the drive & install the additional software aswell.
2. The best I can explain it is , for an animal ,its like having the worst case of influenza coupled with the worst case of arthuritus, extremely painful for the animal, and the biggest clue to the virus is a blue tongue. extremely contagious. so dont go kissing any animals in this area otherwize you might end up with a blue tongue.....
3. Open the HP Director. Select settings, select toolbox and there it is. Assuming of course you downloaded this on installation. If not, insert the disc and download this section.
