DOES THE HP A310 PHOTO PRINTER PRINT ON NORMAL A4 paper for plain printing as well as photos on photo paper?

I recently purchased a HP Printer A310 and i didnt realise it was a photo printer....now i cant work out if it also prints on normal paper(ie a4 black and white or colour documents) as well as photos as i have no need for a photo printer. i am still waiting on its delivery so i cant just check for myself on the box...and so far online i can only seem to find reviews about its photo printing capabilities. hopefully someone out there will also have the same printer and can let me know as it seems to be quite a popular printer. cheers

1. I'm pretty sure that it won't print on A4 paper. Considering its just over 10 inches wide, the chances are pretty much nil. I'm pretty sure it just prints 4x6 images.
2. It prints photos and index cards only.
