How would I go about connecting an HP Laser Jet printer and an Iomega external Zip drive in tandem?

They both use the parallel port to connect. Thanks.

1. There were 'parallel port splitter' devices, so you could use one at a time, or you could look for parallel port expansion card (but these are nearly unobtainable nowadays). Without an extra card it's about impossible to use two parallels simultaneously. OTOH look for a network print server for your printer. Then the printer will live as a standalone network device and you'll communicate with it over ethernet.
