- I can't say how much you could get for this machine in your area since I have no idea what the market is like there. I can tell you about removing your data from the computer. You really can never get it all out. If you ever used your credit card info via this computer I would change the hard drive and keep it for my next system. A 160GB drive is still pretty good. The reason is that your data could be restored even if you delete it. To get it all out you can save on optical disks whatever you need and then delete them from the HDD. After you delete these ensure to empty your [Recycle Bin] and defragment your drive at least twice. When you sell your system ensure you give the new owner ALL disks of what is installed in the computer. If you wish to keep the disks, you must uninstall the software before you sell it so you won't have problems trying to re-register this software when you reinstall in your new system.
