Lexmark refill kit for HP printers, is it compatible?

I used to have a Lexmark printer earlier and now I own an HP. I also have a Lexmark refill kit which I have not used till date. Is it possible to refill my HP using the Lexmark ink?

1. yeah i have lexmark x75 and i use my refill kit for my hp 8320 and it worked perfect!!!
2. If you have HP vivera inks than no. If you have an older model HP )more than two years old yes to the black, no to the colours.
