I Have a Dell Inspirion 6000 Laptop, I recently Installed an HP C7280 Wireless Printer...?

I have installed and uninstalled and reinstalled several times, my computer will see teh HP for a few hours but then it doesn't show up as a set up printer... am I doing something wrong or is it my computer or the printer software? My other printers are on here and I have no problem at the office. UGH it's making it impossible to work from home. Any advice or guidance? thanks Yes, I registered it and everything

1. after you installed software did you go to HP website to download updated drivers?
2. Stupid question, but did you set it as the default printer once it was installed? I can't imagine that it's the system or the printer if they recognized each other for a few hours... that's very odd. One thing that you could try, is call Dell's Imaging department. I know it's not a Dell printer, but it is a Dell system. They may be able to help. I'm not printer savvy, so won't bore you with nonsense... but give them a call... they know what they are doing.
