My computer repair shop erased original HP Photosmart 2600 software. Shop claimed my original disc was "corrupted". Repair shop proceeded to download for "free", HP printer software. Now, I can print from my files, printer works; but, I cannot scan, nor can I download HP software from internet to correct. I receive an error message that says "this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way." How can I obtain a new disc so that I can install my COMPLETE hp 2600 photosmart functions?
