how do i copy downloaded printer driver on my desktop to cd and use it for another computer?
i have printer HP printer scanner and copier model 380. i have downloaded the driver on my laptop, on the desktop with the name psc300.exe and downloaded from HP site and did exactly the way i was told to do while downloading. I have created icon with the name psc300.exe as the instructions told me to do.But now i want to copy that to a CD and install that printer driver on my another computer.I dont know how do i copy that driver to CD and install it on another computer. Can sombody help?

- in windows xp if you have a cd burner youy can drag the file to the cd and drop and burn or a memory drive is also a good way to transport files from one to another and reuseable too, Very reasonable too these days
- Depending on the size of the file, it's probably easier to email it to yourself. I expect a driver file to be less than 3MB in size, so it can easily be emailed to an account that you can access from your second computer. And no wasted CD's!
- Use Nero 6.0 or any other version. Select create a Data CD and write this file in a CD. Physically you need to have a CD Writer in your PC. Using Pen Drive is much easier option. No point of sending it through e-mail as in the second PC if you need to download from e-mail then why not from the driver site directly !!
- why to waste CD use pen drive.
