i need to download a hp installing software, but i cannot .?

i try downloading the hp printer installing driver, but i keep getting the message "you may not have the appropriate permission to access them" How do i resolve this ?

1. Try doing a scan using the latest version of Spybot. The new version works great, much more features in it.
2. you may have selected download and install. try only the download as it seems that you don't have the necessary privilege to install software to computer you're using.
