HP Online store not working?

I tried to buy a laptop on the hp online store and it failed twice. Does anyone know if the site is working or is it always glitchy?

1. Went straight to it , try using a different browser ,like firefox or chrome, turn off the pop up blocker sometimes this get aggressive
