Troubleshoot for Cartridge Error in HP printers?

Hey in my HP Officejet 4355 All-in-one printer there is an error being displayed. On the screen it displays as 'Cartridge Error' so, please can anyone help me?

1. Are you using a refurbished or refilled cartridge? HP printers are temperamental and like brand new cartridges. Make sure you installed correctly and took the tape off the cartridge. Some times you can get rid of error messages by unplugging from electricity and waiting a few minutes and then plug back in and turn back on.
