HP toner cartridge reset tool. Where can I get one?

I have a HP 2500 colour laser printer. There are chips on each toner cartridge and one on the drum. It would appear the drum chip can easily be reset but the cartridges are a different matter. While many places will deal with refilling the cartridge none deal with the resetting on the chip. I want the tool which allows the resetting of this chip.
