How do I connect my dell 1320c laser printer to print wireless?

I have a Dell laser 1320c printer. My laptop is a gateway with Windows 7 which I just purchased. I would like to know how do i make the printer connect wireless. I already have the router. My old laptop was printing WIRELESS but it had Vista on it and it work fine. I can not get it to connect wireless using Window 7. Do anyone know the procedure? I had to download the driver from Dell to use with Window 7. It will work if I hook to the USB cable. The installation disc for the printer will not work on my Window 7 operating system.

1. If it works on USB and if on your computer if you are able to browse the internet on wireless then its the wireless between the printer and the router which has to be established, Best thing to do is to run the installation disc (for the printer) which will guide you through all the steps
