1. Runescape is a terrible game, with terrible graphics. That laptop is overkill. Yes, it will run it.
2. I used to love runescape myself. It's not a terrible game, it's actually a great game. However, the graphics are not taxing at all. Even a basic computer will be able to run those graphics. What you do want though is a high speed internet connection. That will make more of a difference because Runescape is a browser based game. A high-end computer is overkill for runescape. Just get a basic computer and make sure you have the fastest internet connection you can buy. Good luck
