we have one tvs make dotmatrix printer, this printer working well in EB power supply. but it will not work ger?

we have one tvs make dotmatrix printer, this printer working well in EB power supply. but it will not work gernerator power supply. in DG supply that printer is shotdown and restart automatically in frequent. Kindly suggest what to do.

1. 240 Volts 50Hz is the power supply specification. Your generator may not be giving this.
