  1. Would the Administrator guide be any help? http://bizsupport2.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00400805/c00400805.pdf
  2. What kind of servicing do you need to do? There aren't any numbers you need to put in anywhere in order to service it for any of the standard replaceable supplies. If it needs a new toner cartridge, you simply replace it. Same for the ETB (Electrostatic Transfer Belt) & fuser. I can't remember for sure, but some printers require resetting the count for either the ETB or fuser, but I couldn't find anything about that on this model. If you do need to reset the counts for something (ETB or fuser) you've replaced, then it's listed in the available user menu options without a code. There is a Service Menu in the printer that you do need a code for in order to access it, but that only allows you to: 1) Clear event log 2) Change the Total page count of the printer 3) Change the printer's Serial number There are no other things to do in the Service Menu. You only need access to this menu if you've replaced the formatter board in order to set the correct page count and serial number of the printer. Otherwise you don't need to go there. If you did replace the formatter and need to change those settings, email me by clicking on my icon and I'll send you the code.
