Can anyone help with downloading HP camera/printer software?

I had to do a system restore and lost all the software to my HP Photosmart 420 printer and M415 camera. Ev er since, I am unable to reinstall this. I get a script error that says "Object doesn't support this property or method." I've talked to Live Chat with HP multiple times and did everything they recommended - still no luck. Anyone know what to do?

1. sounds like an installing problem, so even with software, may not work, check other settings and conflicts...
