Why does my Lexmark E240 laser printer keep jamming up?

Seems to keep getting jammed as it's coming out the back, when i pull the paper out it's like an accordian. Sometimes i am able to print 2 or 3 pages, then it jams up again. Ugghh! Anyone know what the cause could be?
