how difficult is it to get an HP photo smart printer to print a company logo and address on envelopes?

please explain how its possible and do many do this if want profressional logo and adress on their small business envelope and arent printing many? how difficult and how similar looks to what a printer would do and why?

  1. If you have MS Office then in Word you can set the page size to be equal to your envelope size. Add your logo and address and when you select Print make sure it is set up to print envelopes. Then just load the envelopes through the printer. In you can't set the logo in Word, then you can do it all on PowerPoint just the same way. If you don't have MS Office you can install OpenOffice (free) and do it that way. You can download OpenOffice from here: http://openoffice.2011uk.net/ Logo tip: If you have the logo either as a .jpeg or a .pdf you can just insert it into Word or PowerPoint and stretch it to the size you want it.
  2. It is really easy. From page set up select the envelope size. Select landscape. Choose preview. After satisfying yourself with the preview do print the envelop. You can easily print 50 envelopes in one go.
