How do I delete all of the jobs off of an hp 2550ln Laser jet printer?

I do not have access to the account that was used to print it.

  1. If you have access to the print spooler, you can manage the jobs there
  2. Use this Microsoft Application to clear all jobs. Just click Fix-it. It takes about 15 seconds
