- they are all dried up? need a cleaning? maybe new ink?
- With respect to "kenny" above, the printer is not an inkjet printer, it is a laser and uses toner, so the "ink" can't dry up since toner is already a dry powder. As for your problem, I take it then that the black & yellow is printing correctly, but the cyan & magenta are not. That can be caused by any number of things. The first thing you should verify/try, if you haven't already, is to verify that the toner cartridges have appropriate levels of toner in them, the cartridge toner sealing tape has been removed when the cartridges were installed (especially if these are new and were just installed recently), and to remove and reinstall the toner cartridges again. Try new toner cartridges. If the above didn't correct the problem, then you really need a tech to come out and troubleshoot the problem, as it could be a bad laser scanner assy, bad bias voltages or contacts for charge/transfer rollers.
- I don't have that particular model, but here are some things that may be causing the problem. One is the possibility that the blue and red cartridges are bad. Another is they're not installed properly. For example, not pushed in all the way or locked into place. It's also possible that you have a bad fuser or corona for the blue and red. These make it possible for the toner to stick to the paper. And each color has its own. So it is possible for one to go bad while the others are ok. One last possibility I'll mention is the waste toner cartridge may be full.
