I installed hp deskjet 9990cxi printer drivers but, the sample/test page can be printed?

However when I sent print items to the printer they are not printed, even though it shows how many print jobs in line. Pliz help.

1. be sure that while you print any documents...you choose your printer model while printing.....you might be having many printers installed in your computer ...check this problem by going to printers folder in control panel...make sure only one printer is installed...if there are more than one then delete the other one ...
2. Maybe you did not connect the external cable that linked from your computer to the printer properly.
