I have a used toner cartridge to dispose of. What do I do?

I live in Mexico City and do not know the local regulations. Maybe I can take it back to the store where I purchased the printer (Office Depot).

1. most stores like office depot, staples, kinkos will accept ink toners for recycling
2. i think stores that sell them also take them back and they even give you a few bucks for it
3. Why not have it refilled or refill it yourself, it's a lot cheaper than buying new. Then you will not have a disposal problem.
