HP Printer Driver compatability?

Are HP Laserjet 4100 printer drivers compatible with 4200 printers? Our printer broke and we have a network and we are trying to replace the printer. Instead of going to each computer and changing the default profile, we just want to change ip address and swap the printer. The one we want to swap is a 4200N while the one that broke was 4100N. Will this work?

1. Not all the option would match. Better to replace driver.
