how to connect hp wireless printer using a virgin broadband dongle?

hi there i have a dell inspiron 1750 windows 7 i use a virgin dongle to connect to the internet as i do not have a router can i connect a hp wireless printer with just the dongle plugged in . thanks for any help brian
