Do I need a wireless router in addition to a wireless printer server to connect my laptop to two printers?

I bought a Netgear printer server thinking that that is all that is needed to set up wireless printing between my Dell laptop and my Epson and HP printers (neither are wireless). If so, I can't figure it out. Some articles on the net say I also need a wireless router. Is this true? Where do I find instructions on how to do this??

1. look at the back of the printer to see if it has a network port if not then yeah you'll need a wireless router
