which is the best netbook available in the market?
I am looking for netbooks preferably under 20,000 rs in Delhi. Can u pls suggest some good ones with the best possible facilities and accessories. Dell, Sony, HP, Compaq, Toshiba and Acer come under the ambit. Also, is there a big difference between a 1 gb and 2 gb ram?

- MAC: Apple duh! haha no choice PC: In my opinion, the best are HP and Toshiba. Worst is SONY. I have four computers. One mac and three pcs. All my PCs are HP. I like the hardware and the general design of the computers. I have also had good experience with Toshiba as well. As far as Sony is concerned, yuuuck. I had a Sony laptop that ran XP. I replaced the hard drive, RAM, and reinstalled XP and it wouldn't stop freezing. This kept going on for a year. Then to add insult to injury, four keys fell off when typing; they were made of cheap plastic! When the computer would freeze when doing a Word doc, I lost all of it and had to restart. Sony is cheap and will screw you over, DO NOT GET ONE! HP and Toshiba are absolutely the way to go, just don't get ANY computer that runs Vista, it is terrible. Try to get one with Windows 7. There isn't a tremendous difference between 1GB and 2GB of RAM, but it does matter sometimes. If you are a gamer, 1GB isn't going to work very well. If you are someone who likes to run multiple programs at once, 2GB is obviously better. Some programs alone require 2GB RAM, although most won't, just a warning. I would go with a computer with 2GB of RAM just to be safe despite the extra cost. It probably would pay off in the long run. Anything beyond that is probably unecessary. Good luck!
