Are there inexpensive color photo ID card printers or systems?

I only need to make several dozen photo color ID cards. Therefore, I need a cheap ID card printer or system that I can use to print ID cards.

1. Several inkjet printers can print ID cards. It will require a special tray, inkjet ID cards, and may require special firmware for printing ID cards.
