Help with Dell 3110cn Laser Printer?

I have a Dell 3110cn Laser Printer and the yellow cart. is empty. Do I have to replace it before I can print? All the screen will tell me is to replace cart. and I already set it to just print black. Please help!

1. Hay it should not be replaced. it should be fill. All the laser printers have to refill after finishing the TONER. Xperts can refill it. dont try this. its not easy. give it to the expert for refill. Thanks...
2. Your do need to replace the yellow toner, there is no way around this. Even if you are only wanting to print black, you will need a yellow toner. This is how dell keeps making money off you.
