A lexmark E460 laser printer is connected to a computer that has just been upgraded to Windows Vista.?
Does lexmark provide a Vista-capable printer driver for this printer? Which level of reset is a full factory reset?

- There's no driver listed on the Lexmark (USA) website, my friend. In fact, the Lexmark website doesn't even recognise [recognize, if you are, in fact, one of my American cousins ... or you prefer the American spelling] the E460 as being one of their printers. I'd think that this has more to do with their website not being updated as I was able to find other websites that state they have the Lexmark E460 printer driver available. Take a look at the following website. You'll need to scroll down the page to ensure that you get the correct driver(s) as there are a number of different ones available. i.e. PCL Emulation Driver; Pilote emulation PCL Driver; Host Based Protocol driver; PS Emulation Driver; XPS driver; System Administrator Package; Application PPD files for PostScript Level 3 support. Sorry, but I'm really not sure which of these would be the correct one for you to download.
- 1. Search far and wide for the drivers on the merchant websites. http://www.lexmark.com 2. Download software that will find the right drivers and install them all automatically. I used to do it on my own until I discovered how easy it was to download drivers with driver update software. My favorite program is available at: http://www.drivers-updates.net/
