is this laptop good value? has anyone had any experience with it before?

Im thinking of buying this second hand. can anyone please give me some feedback!! all thought are greatly appreciated!! 1. the specs are good,the software looks good as well..but 500 is not much for a value of 2500.if it's ebay check his feedback,if it's good it's safer. :-)
2. Get this person to show you the bill. I would never buy used as far as a laptop goes. In Canada you can buy brand new for 600. or 500. depends on size. I would ask also why he is selling it. I am always a bit apprehensive about used laptops and buying electronics second hand. Just an opinion.
