Best color laser printer for budget?

I really need to limit my spending on this one. Keep in mind that toner is not cheap and I need to pay for that too when I run out. I am willing to shop on eBay/Amazon for toner when I need it. I was looking at the Samsung CLP-315W and the HP CP1215, which one would be better? Or is there a cheaper option?

1. I got a stellar HP color laser printer/scanner in great shape used on Craigslist for 10 bucks a couple months ago. Have scanned and printed hundreds of high res pics and am very happy with it!!
2. canon mx340 does everything print documents photos faxes photocopy and scans for 80 bucks easy software aswell
