1. Download from HP website or drivers guide I am sorry, I thought it would be easy but I can't find it. DG has one called a 1400/1500/1600 all in one for win 98. Maybe that will work for you.

I do not see any that show proof of support for Windows 98SE, but this works for Windows ME and up. It may be supported in your operating system. I hope this helps.

4. That model came out after HP dropped support for Win98. HP did not make a Win98 driver for that model. Sorry.
