Problem with Hp printer driver and additional features?

I have a HP Deskjet 380 all-in-one printer When i format my laptop and reinstall the driver for my printer it takes a lot of time after the installation is finished when i reboot or restart or just start my laptop there comes a icon in naming HP digital monitor in the taskbar it takes very long to get itself verified pls help

1. remove all the additional features. HP included so many useless features in their printer driver CDs most of which really is not needed. For F380, you need only the printer driver and the scanner driver. Uninstall the whole thing! Then custom install the need drivers only. You can do this using the drivers advance setup then choose only the required drivers.
