Is there any disadvantage in buying HP pavilion laptop in U.A.E and using it in India?

My brother is in Dubai and he will bring that laptop for me because that model is not available in india. The laptop is coming with one year international warranty. In India any warranty problem will come?

  4. Warranty is international.It will also be cheaper in UAE
