I also bought a Vista based laptop and my HP 9300 drivers are not compatible, what printer drivers are suitable for vista based pc's and will work my HP 9300 Deskjet printer?

1. Go to http://www.hp.com/. Click on “Software & Driver Downloads”. On the next window, either click on “Start Detection” (with your printer plugged into your computer and power turned on), or type in HP 9300 where it says “For Product” and then click on the button at the end of that line (with the double arrows). On the next page, click on which of the HP 9300 models is your printer. On the next page, under “Select Operating System”, choose Microsoft Windows Vista. Follow the instructions on the next page. After you are finished doing all that HP wants you to do, you should be able to download your drivers there.
