How Does "Bill Me Later" Work When Shopping On HP?

When you make a purchase off HP Online store - https://www.shopping.hp.com/ How does Bill Me later work, say I don't want to use my credit card. Does the payment from Bill me later ship to my billing or shipping address? Just as a example, its someones birthday, you make a online purchase to ship to whoevers place it is with Bill me later as from a option from HP store. Will it "Bill me later" go to the shipping address or billing address?

1. Billing address. Happens all the time.
2. Why do you suppose it's called the billing address if that's not where the bill should be sent? But I'd be very surprised if HP would really bill unless a credit card or similar verifiable means of payment were provided. "Later" might mean they wait 30 days to submit the charges. Hope that helps.
