I recently got my Hard disk changed and installed a new operating system. But unfortunately, I can’t locate my drivers CD of my HP printer. Is there any website which offers HP printer drivers free of cost?

yes... just go to the HP homepage, and it will give you a link. it is very specific, it takes a lil while, but it does work. http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html?pageDisplay=drivers

Almost all drivers are free with a few exceptions. The sites that charge are usually only good for extremely outdated drivers or very hard to locate third party or defunct companies. Go to hp’s we site and use the customer service and or the support link. You will be able to download every driver and software that came with that printer from them for free.
