do all dv4 hp pavilion laptops have the same screens?

I have a dv4-1465dx. My screen cracked so I wanted to replace it myself but I am having trouble finding that exact laptop screen online. Can I pick a screen from another dv4 model as long as it has the same dimensions?

1. if it was store bought (whether online or not, is irrelevant) it should have the exact same screen as every other laptop of its model. i would recommend sending it to get it fixed at your local electronic store (eg.
