Samsung Laser Printer RMA?
I have samsung laser printer that is still under the 1 year warranty, it had a paper jam and after removing the paper it does not print clearly anymore. Has anybody else on here sent in a printer before? Do you have to mail both the printer and cartridge? Who pays for shipping? How would I go about getting this returned/exchanged without having to call the crappy support service.

- It is likely that you are going to have to call their customer support, which is actually very good. Who pays for the shipping as well as what the terms of your warrnety are depend greatly upon the product you have purchased the the applicable warrently, Samsung requires you to file a warrenty with them. You usually need the original recipet to verify date of purchase as well. Call them, with this information and they will arrange for it to either be exhanged at the retail level or by post, providing you meet the critera.
