Anywhere to refill printer toner in London?

I've got a few HP laser toner cartridges (CB540a etc..) and wanted to know if there are any shops/places I can give these empty cartridges to and have them remanufactured (i understand toner needs replacement parts). I live in London so anywhere nearby or a place in the UK I can post to would be great. Otherwise if anyone knows where I can sell my empty cartridges that would be cool. Thanks p.s. ive already googled it but the websites i find only purchase in large numbers (mostly business-to-business)

1. Hi, besides selling or finding a store to refill you can probably also send in your empty cartridge for refilling by mail. For example, this site http://www.inkfilling.com/printer-jetpak-100.html has this service for inkjet cartridges. Similar services can be found for toner by googling "toner refill by mail" or something similar. Since nowadays internet searches are geographically localized at cases the results you will see should be closer or more related to your area.
