If disable color print in printer (Hp inkjet 1000) property also, i get color print, pls read completly below?

For disable color print (Hp inkjet 1000) while printing, i had Marked option 'Black print cartrige only' in control panel setting of printer properties, but while i open excel, i seeing marked for color setting while giving print. If i unknownly give print i get color print only, everytime i need to go and change it, what to do to make it default every where?

  1. The Print In Grayscale checkbox might be selected. From your application, open the Printer Properties dialog box. Click the Color tab and make sure Print In Grayscale is selected.
