HP printers that work with HP 96 black ink?

Out of the blue, this small little part of the printer, where I put my color ink cartidge, broke. I don't know how to fix it. Are there any HP prtiners that use 96 black ink? I don't want to waste the 2 extra ones I have left. Thanks!

1. check the manual carefully come up with printer, check the printer head. is it working properly? if your printer head dried out clean it by hot water.
