hp windows 7 computer and laptops?

i have and own a hp laptop and it came with windows 7 and i am trying to figure out how to restart and restore my computer back to the biginning like it never knew i downloaded or remembered that i downloaded MSN iTunes etc like i just bought it from the store for the first time again if you can help me with this thank you soo much in advance P.S. i've done a system restore and it did nothing everything i've downloaded was strill in my laptop
