I would like to sell my laptop.?

I have a HP Pavillion DV laptop which I never use. It is about 5 years old and works fine. It has a 15 inch screen and is in good condition. I stopped using it after it started running a little slow and it was a bit big for my needs. Its needs a hard drive clean out, I can do this before re-sale. I'm not sure where to begin. any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks Katie

1. you can clean your pc and speed it in a number of ways, clear the browser history, defrag the pc, remove the temp files, use your windows cd to do a repair. you may enjoy it after cleaning
2. If you have the operating re-instilation/recovery discs you could just re-install the operating system. If not, you should download the two following programs CCleaner Defraggler CCleaner will remove web browser stored information (passwords, visited websites, email addresses), remove temp files that slow the computer down and a lot of other things Defraggler will defragment the computer's hard drive which will speed it up. Also, remove any documents, photos, music, video's e.c.t from the computer
