HP DV6-3052TX LAPTOP PROBLEMS?

i just got 3052tx model and it started to have problems . so i decided to recover it.when the system restarted for recovery it says no recovery partition and now i have no windows any longer.the hp customer care says the hard disk is faulty and will replace with a repaired old hard disk even when the laptop is hardly two weeks used (pathetic after sales support ). so i wanted to know is there a general problem in these model.
