What is the best all in one color laser printer?

I am looking to upgrade from a color inkjet printer to a color laser printer. Can anyone suggest a GREAT laser printer that will print nice pictures too? Remember, I am looking for an all in one printer. I thank you all in advance.

1. I would say that it might be a mistake, why? how do plotters work? with ink not powder, why? quality. of couse some laser printers are better than ink jet but you'll find out if you search that the great advantage of colour printing is price, not so much quality but price!!!
