what is the best color printer?

i'm planning to buy a portable (the ones which can be easily carried from place to place) colored printer for my laptop. my budget is 100-200 US dollars can you please give me an advice on what brand (whether HP, Epson, Canon, Brothers, or others pls specify) and please also specify the model i should buy that is best in quality and performance? i don't know which is the best one since i have no experiences in the portable colored printers for laptops. i don't want to rely on the websites of the manufacturers since they will only tell of the good qualities and not the bad qualities of the product. thanks, i really appreciate it.

1. I would steer clear of Canon printers, I've had several different models and I've been disappointed in all of them. The paper feed mechanism they have is terrible. My current printer (Canon MP210) only has 1 feed wheel and its on the left side, so it tends to pull the page in diagonally and all the text gets screwed up. I have a HP Officejet H470wbt portable printer at work that I take with me when I'm out in the field. It is an excellent printer. The only bad thing about it is that it costs around $300. I know you said your max budget was $200, but if you want excellent quality in a portable printer, you may have to spend a little more. Actually, its on sale for $250 on the HP website.
